Graduate Advising

All newly admitted graduate students must meet with the graduate program director for their program before enrolling in their first class. During the first semester, students are required to select a faculty advisor. After choosing an advisor, students must continue meeting with them at least once each semester to review academic progress and plan future coursework.

Non-Ph.D. students and master’s students on a non-thesis track should contact their graduate program director to discuss their study plan and course requirements.
