Biography
Kang Yen received his M.E.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Florida International University (FIU), where he also serves as the Director of External Programs in the College of Engineering and Computing. Yen’s professional interests include Fuzzy Control Systems Design, Ai in Fault Detection, Isolation and Control.
