Interim Dean Inés R. Triay often takes part in events hosted by the College of Engineering & Computing’s schools, departments and research centers. To help with planning and coordination, please follow the steps below when asking for her attendance.
Event Request Guidelines
- Check Availability: Contact the dean’s executive administrator to confirm the dean’s availability and place a temporary hold on the dean’s calendar.
- Submit the Event Request Form: Once the date is on hold, complete the Event Request Form and send it to the dean’s executive administrator at least six weeks before the event, and no later than three weeks prior.
- Wait for Confirmation: The Office of the Dean will review your request within five business days and email you with the dean’s decision.
The held date is only temporary. The dean’s attendance is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from the Dean’s Office.
