Twelve FIU programs were ranked in the top 50 in their category among public universities in the U.S., according to the 2022 QS World University Rankings.
FIU’s top 50 public ranked programs included:
- Hospitality & Leisure Management: FIU ranked No. 8
- Architecture: FIU ranked 16 – 22
- Business & Management Studies: FIU ranked 19 – 25
- Accounting and Finance: FIU ranked 27 – 32
- Social Sciences & Management: FIU ranked No. 33
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering: FIU ranked 38 – 43
- Mechanical Engineering: FIU ranked 39 – 48
- Engineering and Technology: FIU ranked No. 40
- Computer Science and Information Systems: FIU ranked No. 41 – 44
- Agriculture & Forestry: FIU ranked No. 42 – 45
- Psychology: FIU ranked No. 42 – 50
- Medicine: FIU ranked 49 – 50
