It is with great pride that we share with you our AY 2019-2020 accomplishments at FIU’s College of Engineering & Computing (CEC). With 41 innovation patents and $45 million in research awards, CEC is leading impactful research in engineering and computer science.
Our faculty have been recognized for their expertise, leadership and contributions to engineering and computer science through major national awards, including 17 NSF CAREER Awardees to date. The college’s new industry collaborations and partnerships, such as those with Anglo American Platinum and MITRE, are providing increased opportunities for graduates.
