The Multidisciplinary Engineering & Computing Education, Systems and Management Department (ESM) trains graduates to see the big picture, connecting engineering innovation, data-driven strategy and human systems to solve problems across infrastructure, healthcare, environment, logistics, entertainment and education.
Home to the first computing education doctoral program and one of the first interdisciplinary engineering undergraduate programs in the country, the department offers flexible paths that prepare leaders to improve complex systems in any field.
