How do I register as a company representative?
All representatives attending the Career Expo must complete the registration form emailed to them prior to arrival. This speeds up check-in on the day of the event.
When and where is the Career Expo?
The Career Expo is held in the afternoons in the GC Ballrooms at the Graham Center, 11200 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33174.
The Fall 2026 Construction Management Career Expo will be held on Tuesday, October 6th from 4 – 7 p.m.
What is the schedule for the day?
Company check-in and setup: 1 – 3 p.m.
Exhibition: 4 – 7 p.m.
Breakdown: 7 p.m.
Where do I load/unload for the event?
The loading zone is behind the GC Ballrooms and has a 15-minute limit for vehicles.
Where can I park?
Free recruiter-only parking is available in front of the GC Ballrooms. Additional parking is in Lot 3 (P3). Directional signage will guide you.
What are the booth details?
Booths are 6 ft x 2 ft and include an electrical outlet. Table linen is available upon request. Booth assignments will be on Handshake.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available through FIU Wi-Fi. Connect to FIU WiFi, select Visitor, then accept the terms and conditions.
How do I access the resume booklet?
The resume booklet will be emailed to the campus recruiter. We recommend viewing it on a desktop for best experience.
