Ruimin Sun

Biography

Ruimin Sun joined Florida International University as an assistant professor in 2022. Prior to joining FIU, she worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the seclab of Northeastern University. She earned her Ph.D. from FICS at the University of Florida in 2019 under the supervisory of Prof. Daniela Oliveira.

Ruimin's research aims at solving security problems in various systems and devices. Her recent work dedicates to AI system security, embedded system security, and defending attacks in industrial control systems. Ruimin's research has been supported by NSF and DHS.
