Biography

Raju Rangaswami is Eminent Scholar Chaired Professor of Computer Science at the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences, Florida International University where he directs the Systems Research Laboratory. His work focuses on computer systems and software, including operating systems, distributed systems, storage systems, computer security, systems for ML, ML for systems, and real-time systems as well as application domains such as web services, databases, cloud computing, and mobile computing.

He is a recipient of the NSF CAREER award, the Department of Energy Early CAREER Principal Investigator (ECPI) award, an Intel University Research Office (URO) Award, the IBM Faculty Award, Seagate Technology research award, and Faculty Fellowships from NetApp.
