Mandrita Banerjee

Biography

Mandrita Banerjee is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Florida International University (FIU), USA. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2020 and her M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, India, in 2011. From 2007 to 2016, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Saroj Mohan Institute of Technology, India, and from 2021 to 2022, she was a Visiting Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The University of Southern Mississippi.

Her teaching interests include Computer Architecture, Solid State Devices, RISC Processor, Circuit Analysis and Lab, Digital Forensics, Signals and Systems, Engineering Orientation, and introductory programming courses.

Her research interests include computer architecture and organization, hardware-assisted processor security, and IoT security. Outside of academia, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
