Biography
Isabella Rakestraw is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali, Colombia, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
