I’m an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, having led major initiatives at companies such as Becton Dickinson, PriceSmart, Brightstar, FedEx Express, and UPS. My work centers on transportation and warehouse management systems, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation.
As a graduate-level instructor, I’ve taught courses in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Project Management, and Six Sigma, bridging real-world industry challenges with practical classroom learning.
I hold a Master’s in Operations Management, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering, along with professional certifications in CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution) and Lean Six Sigma.
