Biography
My name is Harold Fernandez, a Program Coordinator at Florida International University’s Moss School of Construction within the Construction Management Department. He specializes in registering and monitoring pre-apprentices and apprentices in the Trades Department, ensuring effective program operations and compliance. Harold holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Construction Management. With three years of experience in his current role at FIU, he is committed to supporting workforce development and educational pathways for future construction professionals.
