Biography
Ms. Larramendi oversees the operational, academic, and research IT infrastructure supporting FIU’s College of Engineering and Computing. She manages the Engineering Information Center’s systems operations team, ensuring reliable delivery of computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity services to all CEC departments and schools.
Her efforts include establishing an enterprise virtual computing platform to host specialized engineering software used for coursework, developing proof-of-concept research computing environments to support advanced simulation workloads, and coordinating software licensing for industry-standard engineering applications.
She collaborates with university leadership and external vendors to ensure compliance with accessibility and cybersecurity standards while advancing the College’s research and instructional computing capabilities.
