Biography
Abdullah Al Arafat is an Assistant Professor at the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. His research is centered on real-time systems, robust learning and cyber-physical systems. His research outcomes are actively published in top systems and AI venues. He received several recognitions, including the Scholar of the Year Award from the College of Engineering at NCSU and the DAC 2022 Publicity Paper. His work bridges real-time systems and machine learning, addressing challenges in secure and resilient system design for safety-critical applications.
