What is the Difference Between the BA and the BS in Information Technology?

The BA in Information Technology is only available as a second degree option. If you want a degree in information technology and either already have a bachelor's degree or are currently majoring in a program outside of the Knight School of Computing or Electrical & Computer Engineering, the BA in Information Technology is a good fit.

If you want to focus on information technology as your primary major, you should consider the BS in Information Technology.
