The Knight Foundation School’s Industry Advisory Board connects academia and industry, supporting our programs and guiding curriculum, research and student training.
Members create internships, co-op programs and job opportunities while helping secure partnerships and funding to advance research and raise the school’s profile locally and nationally.
IAB Responsibilities
- Advocate for Knight School programs and raise its industry profile
- Support research through collaboration and funding opportunities
- Provide industry feedback on research and education programs
- Create student opportunities via internships, mentoring and jobs
- Help secure funding for faculty, labs and scholarships
