Anthony McGoron is the associate dean for academic affairs for FIU’s College of Engineering and Computing and a professor in biomedical engineering. He is also a fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE). McGoron was the interim chair of the Department of Biomedical Engineering from 2007 to 2010 and the national president of the Alpha Eta Mu Beta Biomedical Engineering Honor Society from 2010 to 2014.
