Hal is currently Global Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Compliance for Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems. He is responsible for overseeing Quality activities related to the logistics and distribution of Johnson & Johnson products. His responsibilities span across 320 distribution centers worldwide.

Prior to his current role, Hal was Vice President of Quality for Ethicon, surgical division of Johnson & Johnson. Hal served on the Ethicon Global Management Board for 3 years helping to define and drive strategic growth for the company.

Shortly after graduating from FIU, Hal turned his attention to advancing and improving healthcare by helping to develop life-saving medical devices. He joined Cordis Corporation, a manufacturer of cardiovascular devices. Hal progressed through positions of increasing responsibilities. In 1996 Cordis was acquired by Johnson & Johnson.

Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management both from Florida International University.
